When We Are Closed

If you have an urgent medical problem which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens please call the NHS 111 Service by dialling 111.  NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

When you call the NHS 111 service you'll be asked some questions about your symptoms so that you can be directed to the local service that can help you best.  You can obtain more information about NHS 111 by visiting www.nhs.uk/111

If English is not your preferred language, you can choose to use a confidential translation service.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
