We have a computerised repeat prescription service. Repeat prescriptions are normally for patients with long-term conditions who receive regular treatment. Your doctor (or practice nurse) will decide who can have a repeat prescription.
You can order a repeat prescription in the following ways:
- By calling into the surgery when the reception is open
- By post (enclose an SAE if you want us to post it back)
- Online via the link at the top of this page (new users are required to register)
- By email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Wherever possible please give the exact drug names when ordering.
We cannot take telephone requests for repeat prescriptions because of the possibility of error.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
