Corfton Road Surgery is Moving
Corfton Road Surgery is relocating to two new sites in West Ealing from Tuesday 5 May 2026. All services continue without interruption. Your care team, phone number, and registered patient list remain the same.
Last updated: 19 March 2026
Why are we moving?
Corfton Road Surgery has been serving the Ealing community from 10 Corfton Road for 40 years. Unfortunately, we have been required to vacate the building by our landlord, OneMedical Property. This decision was not ours to make but we have worked hard to ensure the best possible outcome for our patients and our team.
We applied to NHS North West London Integrated Care Board (ICB) to relocate, and we are pleased to confirm that our application has been formally approved. We have secured two clinical sites in West Ealing that together provide everything needed to continue delivering high-quality NHS primary care.
These are interim sites, expected to be in use for approximately 12–18 months. In the longer term, a purpose-built GP premises is being developed as part of the Ealing Gateway project, being worked up by NHS North West London ICB. We will keep patients updated as those plans develop.

Frequently asked questions
Will I still see my usual GP?
Yes. Our full clinical team is moving with us. You will continue to see the same GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and other clinicians you know. No staff are leaving as a result of this move.
Will my phone number for the practice change?
No. Our phone number stays exactly the same: 020 8997 4215. You do not need to save a new number.
Which site will my appointment be at?
Blood tests (phlebotomy) and nursing appointments will be based at the InHealth site on Uxbridge Road, as this is our main clinical hub. GP consultations will be available at both sites. When you book, you will be told which site your appointment is at. If you are unsure, please call us on 020 8997 4215.
Are the new sites accessible for patients with disabilities?
Yes. Both sites are DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) compliant and meet NHS infection prevention and control standards. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please call us before your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Is there parking at the new sites?
InHealth (Uxbridge Road): There is a small car park at the rear of the building with a limited number of spaces shared between patients and staff. Please register your vehicle at reception using the ParkingEye system to avoid a parking charge notice.
West Ealing Pharmacy (The Avenue): Off-street parking is available at the front of the building. 30 minutes is free; Pay by Phone applies from 9am to 6:30pm after that.
Waitrose, West Ealing: There is a Waitrose supermarket nearby with a customer car park that offers approximately 2 hours of free parking. Please check current terms on arrival as parking conditions may change. We recommend public transport where possible.
How do I get to the new sites by public transport?
InHealth (96–122 Uxbridge Road, W13 8RA):
Bus routes 207, 483, and E11 stop directly outside at Broughton Road. Routes E2, E7, and E8 stop at Dane Road — a 2-minute walk. By train: Elizabeth Line from West Ealing station, an 11-minute walk.
West Ealing Pharmacy (Sinclair House, The Avenue, W13 8AG):
Bus routes E7 and E11 — stops A & B, approximately a 4-minute walk. By train: Elizabeth Line from West Ealing station, just a 2-minute walk — the most convenient option.
Are these the practice’s permanent new sites?
No. These are interim sites, expected to be in use for approximately 12–18 months. In the longer term, a purpose-built GP premises is being developed as part of the Ealing Gateway project by NHS North West London ICB. We will keep patients updated with news about our permanent home as plans develop.
